🔹 Practice 1: Flame Breath
– Inhale: “I remember”
– Exhale: “I return”
– Feel the breath as a flame — soft, steady, warm
Do this for 3–7 cycles before any healing, speaking, or offering.
🔹 Practice 2: Frequency Water
– Whisper the word “clarity” into water
– Place hands over the vessel
– Drink slowly. Not just hydration — frequency coding

Place one hand on your forehead.
One on your chest or womb.
